I got short replies the whole time and felt like I was being brushed off. Maybe they were just having a bad day, who knows? But when you’re a customer, isn’t it fair to expect a little patience and basic courtesy? It really put me off.

I placed my order and expected at least a few clear updates, but I barely heard anything after that. The status just sat there without changing, so I kept having to check on it myself. It came across careless, and the whole thing felt frustrating rather than helpful.

The part did what it was supposed to do, so I’ll give it that. But the finish on this little thing was rougher than I expected. The edges weren’t as clean as they should’ve been, and there were a few small marks that made it look kind of rushed. Maybe I just got a dud, but for the price, I was expecting better craftsmanship
"Return and exchange process took way too long"
The return process was really frustrating and took forever. I thought the exchange would be smoother, but that wasn’t much better either. I’ve spent way more time dealing with this than I should have, so I’d really expect some kind of compensation or credit for the hassle.

I don’t remember every little detail, but the thing that stuck with me was how limited the customization felt. I was hoping for more choices, and it just didn’t really give me enough to work with.

The install was kind of a hassle and took more time than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear in a few spots, but I eventually got it sorted out. Overall, I think it’s fine once it’s set up.

My order did eventually show up, but it took longer than I thought it would, and the updates on this whole thing were sparse. The product itself was fine, just not really as nice as I expected for what I paid. Customer service took a while to get back to me too, so that was a little frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I ordered from Dawson Precision sometime late last month, or maybe it was the beginning of this month, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, the site was easy enough to look through and they had a solid selection, especially for sights and gun parts. I found what I needed without too much searching. A couple things I was interested in were out of stock, which was a little annoying, but overall it was a good experience and I’d check them again.

I tried placing my order twice, and both times the checkout froze right after the payment step. Then my cart reset and I never got a clear error message, so I was left wondering if my card had actually been charged or not. i regret spending so much time trying to make it work. I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else.

I showed up expecting everything to be good to go, but the sights still needed work, which was frustrating on match day. What made it worse was that there was no follow-up afterward, so I was just left feeling disappointed.

"Good options, but could use clearer explanations"
I don’t know why, but I expected the Dawson Precision site to be a little easier to figure out at first. They do have a lot of sight options, and the product pages include helpful details like sizes and fitment, which made comparing things straightforward. Some of the descriptions just felt a little too short if you don’t already know exactly what you’re looking for. A few more plain-English explanations or examples would help. Overall, it was okay, just not perfect.

"Good packaging overall"
The order showed up packed well, and nothing was damaged. Nice. The box itself felt sturdy, and the parts had enough padding inside to keep everything protected. Solid. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the tape was a little loose on one side, but it still arrived just fine. Overall, the packaging was good.

"Support took too long to get back to me"
I reached out twice with a question about my order, and both times it took longer than I expected to hear back. They did eventually answer, and the product itself was fine, but I felt like I had to keep following up just to get a response. For the hassle and the delay, I’d expect some kind of compensation or gesture from them.

"Recent sight height guide miss was frustrating"
I just ordered not too long ago and used their sight height guide, but it still ended up being off for my pistol. Support was decent enough, but in the end I had to buy another front sight, which was annoying and added more cost. Maybe I’d feel differently if my latest experience had gone smoother, but right now it’s hard not to be a little frustrated.
